The first graders at St. Mary of the Assumption School recently studied life lines and how each person changes as they grow up. On a long sheet of paper the first graders put pictures of themselves from birth to their present age. With each year, they wrote a sentence about something special that happened to them that year. Pictured are Rilee Conrad and Liesel Lare standing in front of their life lines. The fourth grade social studies class studied transportation in Ohio. Each student researched a mode of transportation which included Conestoga wagons, trains, canals, and the National road. Pictured is a diorama by Joey Schaufelberger and Jacob Lautzenheiser.
