Convoy flooding

The recent rains have caused flooding problems in at least one Van Wert County village. These photos by Van Wert County Emergency Management Director Rick McCoy shows flooding in the western portion of the village.  The Convoy area has seen nearly 4 inches of rain in the past week and this afternoon a storm dumped another 2 to 3 inches in town, McCoy said, causing  flooding on the western side of town and also the trailer park.
