Van Wert Federal Savings Bank is sponsoring having the Wright “B” Flyer airplane at this year’s Wheels-N-Wings festival. The local financial institution donated $1,000 on Monday to have the airplane fly into the Van Wert County Regional Airport. The airplane is a mock-up of Orville and Wilbur Wright’s original plane that made history at Kitty Hawk, N.C. More information on the plane can be found on its website: www.wright-b-flyer.org.
