Diversity speaker coming to NPAC

Niswonger PAC information

On Wednesday, March 19, at 1:30 p.m., Walmart welcomes acclaimed diversity speaker Courtnee Carrigan to the Niswonger stage.

Carrigan will present a “Diversity In The Workplace” seminar geared toward business and organizations. The information shared will help organizations develop a positive work culture that supports inclusion and ways to open the door to honest, productive conversations about bias and preferences rooted in race and culture.

The national YWCA organization has developed this highly interactive series of award-winning seminars to improve workforce performance and foster teamwork across a diverse group of employees. This is an ideal seminar for office staffs and manufacturing teams.
