Hospital to offer parenting workshop

Van Wert County Hospital will offer Active Parenting Now! A free workshop for parents of children ages 5-12. The six-session video and discussion program will be held on Thursday evenings.

Beginning January 23, each session will be held in the hospital’s conference rooms B&C from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Van Wert Hospital is located at 1250 S. Washington St.

This parenting workshop is funded by a grant provided by the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund. The mission of the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund (OCTF) is to take a leadership role and be a catalyst in preventing child abuse and neglect in Ohio.
