Tree, brush work to be done in area

COLUMBUS — Asplundh crews will be clearing trees, limbs and brush from around AEP Ohio electrical facilities that provide provide to area homes and businesses, beginning Monday, March 21.

Van Wert County areas where work will be done includes the village of Ohio City and Willshire-Ohio City, Richey, Wren-Landeck and Dustman roads. The work is expected to continue for approximately two weeks, barring inclement weather.

AEP Ohio does not anticipate having to interrupt electric service to do the work, although unexpected situations may change that assessment, if a power outage is needed to allow crews to work safely.
