Painting spring cheer

Van Wert High School sophomore art student Hannah Fraser is shown painting the storefront windows of P&R Medical Connection in hopes of putting a smile on people's faces after such a long winter! Ginger Rahrig, P&R manager, would like to recognize Hannah, who will be traveling to Australia for 16 days this summer on the adventure of a lifetime as a member of the student ambassador program.
