Calvary Preschool has Grandparents Day

Calvary Preschool information

On April 28 and 29, Calvary Preschool held its Grandparents Day for the preschool classes.  Grandparents came in the fellowship hall for refreshments and social time and the classes performed three songs for grandparents.

Following the songs, grandparents joined their grandchildren for several games. One game was a relay of cotton balls on a teaspoon, and the boys and girls even raced against the grandparents. Grandparents were not playing fair, though, and the boys and girls were winning. The second game was the parachute with tennis balls, which included making tennis balls pop up like popcorn.  The boys and girls also ran under the parachute to retrieve the tennis balls.  Grandparents helped retrieve the tennis balls in the fellowship hall.

In addition, boys and girls made gifts for each set of grandparents. After those were distributed, the children took their grandparents to see their classrooms

Calvary Preschool is currently accepting registrations for fall program.
