Jayme Lyn Edwards McIntosh

Jayme Lyn Edwards McIntosh, 38, of Union City, Ind., and formerly of Coldwater, died at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014.

She was born August 17, 1975, in Van Wert, the daughter of David Boroff, who survives in Goshen, Ind., and her adoptive parents, Ellen M. (Sigler) Edwards, who survives in Van Wert, and the late Donald Eugene Edwards.

Other survivors include four children, Austin, Justin, Kristen and Katlyn McIntosh; and a brother, Lindsey (Virginia) Edwards of Markle, Ind.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, May 19, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with Pastor Josh Tissot officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.

Calling hours are one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home.
