Donald L. Lassiter

Donald L. Lassiter, 75, of Huntertown, Indiana, and formerly of Van Wert, died Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was born December 28, 1938, the son of the late Foster and Dessie (Crago) Lassiter. On September 6, 1959, he married Judith (Fulhart) Lassiter, who survives in Huntertown.

Other survivors include two children, Michael Lassiter and Melissa (Lassiter) Tracy; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 24, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with a graveside service to follow in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.

Calling hours are from 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 23, at the funeral home.
