Flag football registrations ending soon

The Van Wert Parks Department encourages those interested in flag football this fall to turn in their registration forms. The deadline date to register is fast approaching and games are scheduled to begin the last week of August.

Registration forms can be obtained on the Van Wert Parks and Recreation website at www.vanwert.org or picked up at the Parks Department office, 137 Gleason Ave. in Van Wert.

The age groups will consist of 5-7 and 8-10 year olds. All games will be on Tuesday at Smiley Park for ages 5-7, and Thursdays for 8-10 year olds.
