Jessie Irene (Heck) Clem

Jessie Irene (Heck) Clem, 85, of Van Wert, died at 5:25 a.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2014. She is the daughter of the late Thomas and Flossie Heck. She married James N. Clem, who survives in Van Wert.

Other survivors include five children, Zoe (Terry) Longstreth of Van Wert, Duke Clem of Lakeland, Florida, Jay Clem of Van Wert, K.C. (Chris) Clem of Bradenton, Florida, and Richard Clem of Jerome, Michigan; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Rufus Heck of Fairmont, West Virginia, and Keith (Velva) Heck of Monumental, West Virginia.

A daughter, Alice Clem; two brothers, Edwin and Erwin Heck; and one sister, Mary Toothman.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

No calling hours are scheduled at this time.
