Lancer volleyball team falls to Kalida

The Lincolnview Lady Lancers volleyball team traveled to Kalida on Thursday for a non-league match won by the Lady Wildcats in four games: 20-25, 21-25, 25-21, and 20-25.

Leading hitters for Lincolnview were Katie McClure, 26/30 with 11 kills; Ashton Bowersock, with nine kills; and Baylee Neate, with six kills.

Devann Springer had 27 assists. Ashley Teman had 10 digs. Alana Williams was 20/20 with one ace in serving.

The Lincolnview varsity team’s record is 3-2. The Lancer junior varsity team lost in two games.

The next match for Lincolnview is Tuesday, September 9, starting at 5:30 p.m., when the Lancers host Allen East for a Northwest Conference match-up.
