Pumpkins, jams and jellies and a number of other items can also be purchased at the festival, while the Van Wert County Youth Art Contest will also be on display on the fairgrounds.

Horse-drawn wagon rides will also be featured, as well as the annual Apple Festival Craft Show and a variety of free entertainment.

The Van Wert County Fruit Growers Association operates the festival, along with the Van Wert County Agricultural Society (Fair Board), with additional funding provided by the Van Wert County Foundation and Eaton Corporation.
