Jane Eisley Shindollar

Jane Eisley Shindollar, 92, of Mendon, died at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at the Laurels of Shane Hill nursing home in Rockford.

She was born March 5, 1922, in Spencerville, the daughter of Harold S. and Velma (Griffin) Eisley, who both preceded her in death. On May 23, 1942, she married Warren Shindollar, who died June 14, 1998.

Survivors include two sons, David J. (Marge) Shindollar of Wapakoneta and Jon E. (Patricia) Shindollar of Troy; a brother, Joe G. Eisley of Chelsea, Michigan; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A sister-in-law, Marilyn Eisley, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 17, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, with Pastor Don Clinger officiating. Burial will follow in German Zion Cemetery on Eisley Road, Kossuth.

Calling hours are from 9-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
