Groups sponsoring Hermit Crab Races

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5803 in Van Wert and the Van Wert Community Club are hosting their fourth annual Hermit Crab Races on Saturday, February 21, at the VFW post, 111 N. Shannon St. in Van Wert.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and races run from 7-10 that evening. Admission is free and open to the public. Food and drink will be served throughout the night.
