Motycka signs letter

This past Friday, Crestview girls’ basketball standout Lindsey Motycka signed an official letter of intent to play basketball at Lourdes University near Toledo. Motycka also reached the 1,000-point milestone on February 10 against Celina, to become the first Lady Knight to reach this plateau since Krista (Thornell) Dailey in 1995 — and just the sixth in school history.  She joins her aunt, Jackie (Motycka) Mossing, who is the Knights’ all-time leading scorer. Motycka has received All-Northwest Conference honors the last three years, as well as being named to the First Team All-District 8 and Honorable Mention All-Ohio last season. The Lady Knights are currently undefeated at 21-0 and ranked 10th in the Division IV AP Girls’ Basketball Poll.
