Andy Brenneman
Andy Brenneman, 86, of Elida, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Delphos.
He was born September 6, 1928, in Elida, the son of John and Anna (Good) Brenneman, who both preceded him in death. On June 6, 1952, he married Ada (Miller) Brenneman, who survives in Elida.
Other survivors include five daughters, Sharon (Larry) Vandemark, Mary Ann (Bob) Moore and Brenda (Ken) Good, all of Elida, Debbie (Jay) Hoover of Byron, Illinois, and Bonnie (Timothy) Good of Lima; a son, Byron (Susan) Brenneman of Elida; one sister, Luella (Wendell) Miller of Elida; 24 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Six brothers, Victor, Walter, Ralph, Fred, Johnny and Simon Brenneman; and three sisters, Blanche Brenneman, Grace Yoder and Clara Kauffman, also preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 4, at Salem Mennonite Church in Elida, with Pastors Brandon Green and Paula Snydee officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Calling hours are from 2-8 p.m. Friday, April 3, at Harter and Schier Memorial Chapel in Delphos, and an hour prior to services at the church.
Preferred memorials: Salem Mennonite Church or Mennonite Central Committee.
