Knight JV softball team downs Bellmont

Crestview’s junior varsity softball team defeated Decatur (Ind.) Bellmont Friday night by a score of 15-4 in six innings.

Courtney Grote pitched a complete game, allowing only five hits and four runs.  Offensively, Brittany Helt led the team with a three-run home run and a single, while Brooke Bowen, Darcci Swager, Mariah Henry, and Grote also each added a pair of singles.
