Nathan Raymond Jones

Nathan Raymond Jones, 44, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, died Monday, June 1, 2015.

He was born May 17, 1971, in Columbus, the son of Carolyn B. Jones, who survives in Fort Wayne, and Lewis Jones, who survives in Grove City.

Other survivors include a stepmother, Carol Jones of Grove City; a sister, Catherine (Michael) Madison of Freeland, Maryland; two brothers, Lewis R. Jones Jr. of Chicago, Illinois, and Trevor (Rychana) Jones of Findlay; two aunts; and many other family members.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 4, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert. Burial will take place in Greenbriar Cemetery in rural Van Wert County.

Calling hours are from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
