Kelly Lynn Baxter

Kelly Lynn Baxter, 44, of Convoy, died at 4:43 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

She was born December 13, 1970, the daughter of Karen (Carter) Baxter and Gary Carter, who both survive in Convoy.

Survivors include a brother, Dan (Brandi Mosier) Baxter of Convoy; friend/life partner Roger Smith; her grandmother, Janice Carter; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorial services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Friday, June 5, at Gearhart & Jurczyk Funeral Home in Convoy, with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating.

Calling hours are from 2-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Preferred memorials: Convoy Fire Department.
