Sharon Rose Case Knoll

Sharon Rose Case Knoll, 75, of Van Wert, died at 8:03 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Van Wert.

She was born February 13, 1940, in Berne, Indiana, the daughter of Joyce Ray and Velma Marie (Pontius) Case, who both preceded her in death. On May 11, 1962, she married William Franklin “Bill” Knoll, who died July 7, 1998.

Survivors include a son, William J. (Lisa) Knoll of Van Wert; one sister, Barbara Sue (Gerald) Williams of Van Wert; and two stepgrandsons.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 5, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Jim Burns officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.

Calling hours are from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, June 4, and an hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
