Girl Scouts to sponsor series at NPAC

Girls Scouts of Western Ohio information

The Girls Scouts of Western Ohio will be sponsoring the “It’s Your Story, Tell It” series at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center of Northwest Ohio.

Girls will learn Girl Scout traditions, participate in many hands-on activities, explore acting and performing arts, participate in team-building activities, play games, learn songs and come home each with wonderful new memories.

Girls will spend time with the Niswonger’s technical and marketing directors and house manager to learn what they do and will learn how to film and produce their own documentary through Heartland Image Foundation.

Girls who just finished grades 3-7 are welcome to attend the sessions, which will be held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, and Thursday, June 18.

Cost of the sessions is $15 (financial assistance is available upon request) and those participating should bring a packed lunch to the NPAC, 10700 Ohio 118 on the south edge of Van Wert.
