Dorothy Osborne

Dorothy Osborne, 88, of Prestonsburg, Ky., and formerly of Payne, died February 19, 2011. She was born February 27, 1922, the daughter of the late Elwood and Victoria (Bratcher) Rone. On June 21, 1941, she married Edgar Osborne, who preceded her in death on March 20, 1988.

Survivors include three children, Carol Snellenberger and Brady and Michael Osborne; four grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A brother, Elwood Rone Jr., also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, at Dooley Funeral Home in Payne.

Calling hours are from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
