Knights down Spencerville in volleyball

Crestview volleyball information

CONVOY — The Crestview varsity volleyball team defeated Spencerville in a Northwest Conference match in three games, 25-7, 25-15 and 25-4. The Knights are now 9-9 overall and 4-2 in the NWC.

Leading the way for Crestview were the following:

Serving — Claire Zaleski, 25/25 with nine aces; Ashley Dealey, 23/24 with seven aces.

Hitting — Zaleski, five kills; Dani Ray, three kills.

Setting — Abigail Bagley, seven assists; Brady Guest, five assists.

Crestview will be back in action on Thursday as they host Allen East and honor the team’s seniors. Junior varsity play will begin at 5:30 p.m.
