A night full of neon

It’s prom week at Crestview High School and students are ready to get their dance on. The juniors have been working hard to make the prom decorative with the theme of Neon Night. Prom night will be will be held on April 30, starting with Promenade at 7 p.m. in the Crestview High School gymnasium. The dance will be held at the Convoy Community building at 8 p.m. This annual event is a tradition that both guy and girl students are looking forward to.
After prom will be held at the Crestview High School gymnasium from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. A variety of after prom activities make it an eventful night. A casino night, blow up entertainment, bingo, and an Xbox with the game Dance Dance Revolution will be available. Senior Jessica Burger said, “I’m super excited for prom. It’s a night that girls can get dressed up and the whole day is nothing but about you and how nice you look. The dance is always full of great memories.”
The elementary is having their OAA testing for grades 3-6 on Wednesday, April 27, and Friday, April 29. The students have been preparing for this test, which is Ohio’s statewide test to measure students on their knowledge in a number of subjects.
