The Van Wert boys’ bowling team started off with a win this season by beating Marion Local 2,505-1,982.

Top bowlers include Colton Deschner, with a 189 and 181; Caleb Fetzer, with a 184 and 186.

Baker game scores were 186, 190, 146, 190, 176.

The Cougar junior varsity team lost to Wapakoneta, 2,492-1,834.

Top bowlers included Chase Day, 175; and Cole Buckner, 151.
