OC Pride plans Holiday Lights contest
VW independent/submitted information
OHIO CITY – The Ohio City Pride organization is planning its fourth annual Holiday Lights contest.
The rules for entering are simple: entrants must be residents of Liberty Township (Ohio City), and photos entered will be added to the group’s album for its 3,300 fans to vote on.
After photos are uploaded, entrants should share the photos and encourage friends and family to vote for them. Only votes in the Ohio City Pride album count.
Those who do not have a Facebook account or Internet access can drop off photos at the Ohio City Utility Office. Just include a name and address on the back of the photo. Photos can also be emailed to bighamcreativecommunications@gmail.com.
The contest will run through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, December 31, and the top winner will take all of the prize money.
Sponsors for this year’s contest include BHS Gun Shop, Bigham Creative Communications, Ohio City Express, Ohio City Community Building/Park Board, The Ohio City Junction LLC, Rent-A-Garage, and the Village of Ohio City.
Anyone wanting to be a sponsor or who has questions can call 419.953.9511.
