Paulding County highway portion open

PAULDING COUNTY — The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced that Ohio 49, from Ohio 500 to U.S. 24 and from Payne to Antwerp, has now been reopened following work to remove and repair downed electrical lines and power poles.
