VWHS bands, choir to perform Wednesday

The Van Wert High School Music Department will present a concert on Wednesday, May 4, at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center of Northwest Ohio as preparation for the upcoming Ohio Music Educators Association state band and choir contest.

Beginning at 7:30 that evening, the concert will feature the Concert Choir, Concert Band and Symphony Band.

This informal event will give each of the three groups an opportunity to perform their contest pieces for a live audience before traveling to state contest on Friday night. The public is encouraged to attend this free concert.
