Gage P. Miller

Gage P. Miller, 21, of rural Ohio City, died Friday morning, February 12, 2016, in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida.

He was born March 17, 1994, in Lima, the son of Clint P. Miller, who survives in Van Wert, and Angela M. (Coomer) Merkle, who survives in Ohio City.

Other survivors include his stepfather, Clark Merkle of Ohio City; a brother, Vance Miller of Monroe, Indiana; one sister, Jetta Merkle of Ohio City; his paternal grandparents, Mark and Joyce Miller of Middle Point; his maternal grandmother, Kathy Knittle of Van Wert; and maternal great-grandmother, Clarice Baker of Haviland.

His paternal grandfather, Dean Coomer, preceded him in death.

Private family services will be held at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, Pastor Kevin Stirratt officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.

There will be no calling hours.
