Local GOP women plan candidates’ night

In response to a number of requests for another candidates’ night, the Van Wert County Republican Women will be holding a candidates’ event at 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, at the Black Angus restaurant on East Main Street.

Candidates for local office will be allowed to speak for approximately five minutes apiece, with a question-and-answer period following each candidate’s presentation.

This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions that have arisen as the campaign has progressed and voting day approaches.
