Crystle L. Brower, 39, died at 8:35 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2016, as a result of injuries from a vehicle/bicycle accident on State Route 49 south of Convoy.

She was born December 10, 1976, in Portsmouth, Virginia, the daughter of Mike and Angie (Edgmon) Clevenger, who both survive in Winchester, Indiana. On April 2, 2005, she married Adam L. Brower, who lives in Convoy.

Other family members include her two daughters, Sedellia Rose  and Emily Elizabeth Brower, both at home; two brothers, Shawn Clevenger of Winchester, Indiana, and George (Kelly) Clevenger of Fort Benning, Georgia; three sisters, Sandy (David) Newman, Betty-Jo (John) Loudy, and Mindy (Larry) Fenton, all of Winchester, Indiana; in-laws, Emily and Larry Riley of Rockford, David and Anna Brower of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Rick and Alison Green of Johnstown, and Ken and Amy Bailey of Commercial Post.

Paternal grandparents Robert and Garnet Clevenger; maternal grandparents Arthur and Millie Edgmon; and a brother, James Clevenger, also preceded her in death.

She was employed at Vancrest Health Care Center of Convoy and  formerly at Van Wert Manor Nursing Home in Van Wert. She attended Woodburn Missionary Church in Woodburn, Indiana.

Crystle was a 1996 graduate of Winchester Community Schools. She had been involved in 4-H, running 5Ks, biking, and she loved her horses. She spent much of her time taking photos at Hat Creek Ranch & Arena.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, April 22, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, with Pastor Bert Jones officiating. There will be a public family gathering in the Church fellowship hall at 4 p.m. after the service for family and friends.
