Photo club plans work session

Officers of the Van Wert Photography Club have called for a work session at their regularly scheduled meeting this Thursday, Aug. 11, at 114 S. Race St.

Doors will be open at 6:30 p.m. for an early start on sorting, stacking, and condensing club materials to provide additional storage space for the Civic Theatre.  Books and other photography publications, camera cases and bags, and shoulder straps have already been donated to area organizations.

Other photography equipment, slides, and darkroom items, will no doubt become available to the public at some time in the near future.  The club plans to retain all the studio equipment and backdrops, all the cameras and lenses donated to the club, and club records and history related items.
