Veterans seminar announced for August

A veterans benefit seminar will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, August 19, at the Van Wert County Council on Aging, 220 Fox Road in Van Wert.

The seminar, conducted by the Van Wert County Veterans Service Office, will provide information on Veterans Administration (VA) disability compensation, VA pensions (aid and attendance), VA survivor pensions for widows, VA burial benefits, and VA health care.

All veterans are welcome to attend the free seminar.
