2 arraigned in VW Common Pleas Court

Two people were arraigned this week before Magistrate Joseph Quatman in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.
On Monday, Elizabeth Tabar, 37, of Paulding, entered a not guilty plea to one count of identity theft, a felony of the fifth degree. The magistrate set a $50,000 cash bond in the case and scheduled a pretrial conference for 8 a.m. Wednesday, September 28.
On Wednesday, Brandon Salyer, 28, of Delphos, pleaded not guilty to one count of corrupting another with drugs, a felony of the second degree.
He was also ordered held on a $50,000 cash bond and a pretrial conference was scheduled for 8 a.m. September 28.
