Niswonger Scholars, college students whose tuition is being paid by the Niswonger Foundation, were in Van Wert Tuesday and Wednesday to learn about program founders Scott and Nikki Niswonger's hometown and also to provide elbow grease for some worthwhile community public service projects. Here, four Niswonger Scholars, including Van Wert native Abigail Ricica, help Louise Hartwig at the Children's Garden in Smiley Park.
