Terry W. Hurless

Terry W. Hurless, 46, of Van Wert, died at 2:33 p.m. Monday, June 20, 2011, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Van Wert.

He was born October 7, 1964, in Van Wert County, the son of Martha (Amweg) Cox, who survives in Van Wert, and the late Don W. “Tuck” Hurless. He never married.

Survivors include a son, Jordan Wayne Hurless of Van Wert; one daughter, Shauna Marie Hurless of Van wert; a brother, Keith (Bonnie) Hurless of Van Wert; one sister, Brenda (Delbert) Jewell of Van Wert; two nieces and a nephew.

His maternal grandparents, Jim and Mary Amweg, and paternal grandparents, Harold and Pauline Hurless, also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 23, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with Pastor Randy Bevington officiating.

Calling hours are from 1-6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
