Sounds of S & G in park

Jake and Jed Guthrie perform a number of hits made famous by Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel in the 1960s and 1970s during Friday evening’s concert in Fountain Park. The concert was part of the 2011 Summer Music Series sponsored by The Van Wert County Foundation. Although the weather was less than optimal, it didn’t stop a large crowd from enjoying the acoustical riffs and masterful harmonies of the Guthries. (Dave Mosier/Van Wert independent)
