Spencer, 35, of 933 Leeson Ave., was charged with domestic violence for an altercation that occurred at his residence.<\/p>\n<p>March 17, 8:25 p.m. &#8212; Laurie L. Piper, 57, of 1027 Elm St., was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired as a result of a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Washington Street.<\/p>\n<p>March 18, 11:32 p.m. &#8212; Daniel A. Hunnaman, no age or address listed, was cited for OVI following a traffic stop on Van Wert-Decatur Road.<\/p>\n<p>March 16, 11:52 p.m. &#8212; Stephen V. Barnhart, 23, of 515 N. Washington St., was charged with possession of a Schedule IV narcotic following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Shannon Shannon Street.<\/p>\n<p>March 15, 4:05 p.m. &#8212; Larry L. Sidle, 48, of 402 N. Washington St., was given a summons in connection with a nuisance property he owns at 125 E.
