Now those emotions can be joined with therapeutic exercise. Goats roaming\u00a0freely near their mates relax\u00a0and calm participants as they move through poses. This combination of nature and exercise can be therapeutic through the bond that is created.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bumpedfont20\">Due to the popularity of this class, the YMCA is excited to announce the addition of a second goat yoga session.\u00a0 Saturday,\u00a0April 21st from 5-6pm. \u00a0Hurry and call!
