Three sessions are available: 8:30,\u00a09:45, and\u00a011 a.m., and they are open to YMCA members and nonmembers.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-74269\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/YMCA-logo-3-2016.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"153\" \/>The fee is $10 per person (age 7 and up) with all proceeds going to the Humane Society.\u00a0 Donations of kitten food will be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>The health and emotional benefits of yoga and pet ownership are well documented, according to Deb Sealscott who is also a board member of the humane society.\u00a0 \u00a0&#8220;By combining yoga and cats, you are not only doing something healthy for yourself but also helping to socialize shelter cats.&#8221;\u00a0 All cats will be available for adoption.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are thrilled to be part of this adorable fundraising opportunity for the Van Wert County Humane Society,&#8221; said YMCA Membership Director Nicole Benson. &#8220;Please call the front desk at\u00a0419.238.0443\u00a0to reserve your spot today. If you cannot participate, the humane society accepts donations on site.
