Summer (Band) ready to begin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Summer officially begins June 21, but the Endless Summer Band begins at 7 p.m. this Friday night, June 15.\u00a0The Endless Summer Band comes to us from Indianapolis and is in great demand as a party band for receptions and festivals.\u00a0As a matter of fact, they have been voted \u201cBest Music in Indiana.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With their vast instrumentation and vocals, they are able to perform a wide array of music from many decades.\u00a0\u00a0In addition to the typical guitar, bass, drums and keyboards, they are bringing three horn players and backup vocalists.\u00a0\u00a0With the various types of gigs they play, they regularly perform music from Frank Sinatra through current artists such as Bruno Mars.<\/p>\n<p>This band played Fountain Park in 2010 and I\u2019ve tried to get them back since because of popular demand, but their busy schedule didn\u2019t allow until now.\u00a0\u00a0I am sure everyone will hear music they will enjoy throughout the evening.<\/p>\n<p>Van Wert\u2019s Order of Eastern Star organization will be cooking up some delicious food to go with the concert.\u00a0They will be ready by 5:30 p.m. and we will get the music started around 7.\u00a0Tell your friends and they will thank you for letting them know.\u00a0\u00a0Free fun music and good times are in store once again in Fountain Park, compliments of The Van Wert County Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>The following week features Southern Gospel and Country Music at its finest with The Kingsmen Quartet and The Tacketts.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s double the music for one free admission that night!<\/p>\n<p>The box office at the Niswonger is busy with NPAC Members buying tickets right now.\u00a0\u00a0If you would like to become a Member of the Niswonger, visit our box office and they can give you information which will then entitle you to obtain your seats early.\u00a0Those wishing to buy the Grand Series may do so starting on June 26.\u00a0The following week, beginning on July 12 will be reserved for Select Series buyers- those wishing to select their special concerts of interest to attend.<\/p>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received your season catalog, you should soon.\u00a0We mailed out 17,576 catalogs to patrons from throughout the U.S.\u00a0The majority of them from Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan, but many from other states and Canada.\u00a0I encourage you to view our season promo video on line at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/npacvw.org\/\">NPACVW.ORG<\/a>\u00a0and also on Facebook.\u00a0It will give you a good indication of the 26 different events coming this season, ranging from popular country artists to comedy, Broadway, and much more.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, the Niswonger box office is now open Monday-Friday and has extended its hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.\u00a0We hope this gives more patrons an opportunity to make their ticket purchases and get questions answered.\u00a0Jerry, Chris, and the many volunteers of
