Sheriff David Harrow said identification of the lone occupant in the vehicle has not yet been determined.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Paulding Fire Department and EMS and the Paulding County Coroner\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>No further details will be released until identification has been made and the next of kin notified.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday morning, troopers from the Lima Post of the State Patrol investigated an injury accident involving a commercial truck and car that occurred at 11:49 a.m. at the intersection of Ohio 65 and Ohio 12 in Putnam County. The accident closed the intersection and Ohio 65 for several hours.<\/p>\n<p>The Patrol was assisted by the Putnam County Sheriff\u2019s Department, Columbus Grove Fire &amp; EMS Department, and Meyers Towing.
