On February 8, 1958, he\u00a0married the former Jane Harner and she\u00a0survives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"125\" height=\"66\" src=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/American-Flag-for-obituaries-6-2011.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8711\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Other survivors include three children, Todd (Nancy) Oberlitner\u00a0of Mendon, Chris (Diane)\u00a0Oberlitner of Shelby Township,\u00a0Michigan, and\u00a0Lori Oberlitner of Oxford; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three siblings, John (Faye)\u00a0Oberlitner\u00a0of Polson, Montana,\u00a0Ruth (Dick) Schwartz of\u00a0Fort Wayne, Indiana, and\u00a0Clarence (Joan) Oberlitner of\u00a0Ohio City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An infant daughter, Kim; one brother, Donald; and a brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Marilyn Harner, also preceded him in death.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday,&nbsp;January 21, at Mt. Tabor Church of God near Celina, with&nbsp;Pastors&nbsp;Darwin Dunten and Richard Van Horn officiating.&nbsp;Burial will be at North Grove Cemetery in Celina, with graveside military honors rendered by members of&nbsp;American Legion Post 210 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, both in Celina.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, January 20,\u00a0at W.H. Dick &amp; Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, and an hour prior to services Monday\u00a0at the church.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preferred memorials: Mt.
