Mech, also 21, of 510 Gordon Ave., were cited for disorderly conduct as a result of a fight in front of CJ Highpockets, 123 N. Washington St.<\/p>\n<p>July 28, 11:56 p.m. &#8212; A resident of the 700 block of South Walnut Street reported the theft of two cement garden stools from the residence.<\/p>\n<p>July 27, 7:23 p.m. &#8212; Steven J. Eller, 55, of Rochester Hill, Mich., and Gary A.
