Ohio Governor Mike DeWine unveiled his proposed executive budget Friday for fiscal years 2020-2021, which is structurally balanced and does not include an increase in taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"243\" src=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Mike-DeWine-headshot-3-2019.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-114781\"\/><figcaption><strong>Mike DeWine<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The budget we are sending to the Legislature today is a budget for Ohio&#8217;s future, and it reflects our need to invest in Ohio and Ohioans,&#8221;
