The driver of the vehicle that rear-ended the other was trapped in his cab for more than an hour, but attempts to life-flight him from the scene was unsuccessful because of low-lying fog that rolled in this morning. Van Wert County Sheriff&#8217;s Department was investigating the accident at 5:45 a.m. today.
