Can\u2019t something be done to prevent this in the future? Name withheld upon request<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A: It\u2019s just one of those things. For various reasons, suitable sites for regional baseball games are few and far between.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Bowling Green has a fine facility and it just so happened their team qualified for regionals. The only option was to move the game, but that really wasn\u2019t an option if you know what I mean. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: What do you know about Van Wert\u2019s next opponent? Name withheld upon request<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A: The Cougars will play Dayton Chaminade Julienne in the Division II state semifinals at 1 p.m. Saturday at Canal Park in Akron.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>At this moment, I know the Eagles are the defending state champions after beating Wapakoneta in last year\u2019s finals, and I know they\u2019re ranked No. 1 by a wide margin in the final statewide poll.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Look for more on Dayton Chaminade Julienne in the coming days.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Did I read it correctly? Division III and IV state semifinal games will be played on Friday, while Division I and II will play Saturday. All four championship games will be played on Sunday, June 9.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Of course, that\u2019s assuming that the weather cooperates. Hopefully, there won\u2019t be a repeat of this past Saturday in Akron. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Who has had a more incredible year athletically \u2013 Van Wert or Antwerp?
