FinalForms allows parents to complete and sign back-to-school and athletic participation forms for their student(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning users will never need to enter the same information twice. FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for students belonging to the same family, saving parents time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/VWCS-logo-200px-8-2017.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-91300\" width=\"168\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/VWCS-logo-200px-8-2017.jpg 200w, https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/VWCS-logo-200px-8-2017-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 168px) 100vw, 168px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Users may review data at any time to verify it is current. They will be required to sign forms once per year and after any update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get started, visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vwcs.net\/\">www.vwcs.net<\/a> and click the \u201cFinalForms\u201d option under the \u201cParents\u201d tab at the top. Then click on the \u201cParent Playbook\u201d to learn how to get registered with FinalForms. Those who require any assistance during the process should scroll to bottom of the FinalForms webpage and click \u201cUse Support\u201d in the right-hand corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Van Wert City Schools is asking that all parents use FinalForms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Register at <a href=\"https:\/\/vanwert-oh.finalforms.com\/\">https:\/\/vanwert-oh.finalforms.com<\/a>\u00a0and follow the prompts to create your account, create students and sign your forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: If a student is new to the district (kindergarteners and transfers), be sure to click the \u201cNew to District\u201d checkbox when registering a student.
